How to Order

As Caleb Meyer is new to the internet, what we have shown on our website is only a small percentage of the jewelry that we have available in our gallery. We are happy to facilitate your online shopping with emailed photos of pieces that are not shown on our website.

If you have any questions regarding our work, our gallery or shipping costs, please feel free to call us during our regular business hours:

Sunday - 12:00pm - 4:00pm
Monday - Closed
Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday - 10:00am - 5:00pm.

Our friendly knowledgeable staff will be happy to promptly help you with your questions and selections.

Ordering:

Pieces not marked SOLD are available for sale. Wedding bands and other pieces are available for order in specific sizes and materials. Please allow 4-6 weeks lead time. Call or email us to inform us of your selection. Please make sure to include your name and phone number, and the specific piece.

Payment:

-Credit Card- We will need a major credit card number, name of cardholder and card expiration date. A deposit will be charged to your credit card, at the time of order. Balance, including shipping, will be charged at time of shipping.

-Check or Money Order- If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please mail it to:

Note: Caleb Meyer Studio has been conducting business via telephone and mail for over 8 years. It is our personal guarantee that all transactions made are secure. As we do not have immediate online purchasing, there is no person or agency that will view your card number or account information other than our staff.

Shipping:

-We will need the name and street address of the person to whom the piece will be shipped.
-Please let us know if the item to be shipped is a gift.
-If you would like a gift card to be enclosed, please state clearly the message to be printed on the card.
-All pieces are shipped fully insured.
-Shipping time varies depending upon the time of year. Most purchases will arrive within eight working days. If there is any reason that we are not able to ship within that time period, we will inform you at the time of purchase.
- Overnight shipping is possible for an extra charge, provided that UPS/FedEx is capable.

Satisfaction Promise: We want you to be pleased with your purchase. Jewelry and craft may be returned in original condition for credit within 30 days of purchase.
